I was looking through my devianart and found this picture I did about a year ago. Didn't post this here yet.
I still remember how proud I was as I finished that ...
Dream and Nightmare by @jokublog
Honestly, it's been a while since I have drawn a sans after all that working on my AU. It feels great seeing how much you improve as an artist over time and how your style adapts to your current interests. This picture is like a "take all that you've learned so far and use it" and it turned out great π (just got to admit that I got a little lazy with the background π )
Anyways, I had fun drawing that and I hope you like it π(I am also trying from now on to cross-post here and on my devianart, let's see how this will turn out)
Ink sans by @comyet
Just drew this dude. I think studying the mha artstyle really improved my artstyle. I love him β€οΈ and it didn't really take that long to draw that.
Also, take some sketches I did beforehand:
I don't know his name yet, but I think his quirk would be something with superspeed. (Might call it slowmotion or reverse slowmotion, depends on how I'll make it work.)
I really like the idea that he has always a pair of sunglasses with him, to avoid dust getring into his eyes while in superspeed. And also to be the coolest kid around π
Also his quirk shows in his personality. He's mostly impatient since everything is going too slow for him.
His hero idol is Hawks. He definetly aims to become quicker than him to claim the title as fastest hero.
That piece is pain. I traced the sketch on a separate layer and started with the lineart but I messed up the eyes. I tried to fix it but now it's smudged. Now I can start over again tracing my sketch.
I think this time, I won't trace the eyes and just try to get the expression I want.
Okay I made a sick sketch
It's tiny (like on the corner of my sketchbook) but I saw that pose and I was thinking like, okay this is EXACTLY how it looks when he uses his quirk so I scribbled down the pose and then drew him.
I want to make that in big. With markers. And maybe even make a background. And hang it on the wall to Kirishima and Denki.
And I was also thinking of something funny. The way he would describe how he fights with his quirk:
I can use my quirk as a weapon. Just think of it ... like a table. A table isn't dangerous, right? Then you accidentally drop something beneath it, try to pick it up and while getting back up you hit your head against the table. Although, it's just a table, it still hurts, right?
(I'm not sure if I'll allow him to reshape his forcefields but if I do, he would add:
Now imagine the table being a spikey pyramid...)
Do you sometimes also have the feeling after just drawing a sketch of your OC like, damn, he looks too good.
Look at this goofball:
Not sure if I liie what I did with the nose on the left one, but trying to adapt the mha-noses to more realistic proportions and it looked in most cases allright I think? Got to try it out a little more.
BUT that's my design for my OC Space, seventh Guardian and Guardian of Space (Yeah, I need to figure out a name AND a backstory for him. Still don't have a clue if I go more fantasy or realistic about this storywise.)
He's an energetic little goofball and he and he and Blake (not sure, did I post about him already? I think I have.) Are siblings. Well, they think they are, because they look the same and both joined the Guardians at the same time. In reality, they are just alternate versions of the same person from different enviroments.
Currently WIP for a drawing competition I want to participate. The theme of the competition is 'villain'. I still need to figure out the background in more detail and then I can start the actual drawing (and yes, I still consider this as a sketch. Just a pretty detailed one.π€£)
I have also never been drawing this long on a single drawing (an entire week). Normally, I finish a drawing in a couple of hours or in half a day. Still got a week left to finish that thingπ.

It's sooooo difficult to draw a character from three different angles and still make him look the same. I am currently worn out with digital art, so I thought I might sketch a little in my sketchbook and oh boi, I really need to learn how to draw a fave properly in 3/4 view (looks funny right now π)
Since I don't think my sketches are worth posting yet, I can show you what I drew so far. The lore to them will follow in soon posts (and maybe I'll also be able to post a couple of good sketches alongside π)
That's my first character Ike.
And that's my second character Zero.
I also have two other characters that I've included in the plot but I haven't made that detailed character sheets of them yet. I guess it's best to post them later as I explain their lore in more detail.
(If you're interested in more things I drew, you can also check out my devianart. I would appreciate it π)
Okay, I don't know how far I'll get this time, but I'm working on an animation.
I got one recommended on YouTube and the song is a banger and fits perfectly with the story I want to tell and since yesterday, I can't think of anything else.
Since my goal was anyways to master animation one day, I thought I'd use this inspirational boost for finally getting something done.
I had another animation I tried to continue after I think it's about a year ago but gave up since I had no song for it and I had trouble with deciding how long a frame should last.
I already storyboarded the first 30 seconds of that animation and I'm not sure how far I'll draw but what I have makes me even more thrilled to finish the rest!
This animation will be mostly centred on my OC Decay and the main incident in my story.
What also gets me really excited about my story is that I don't even know who's good or evil anymore. I think I'm evil for creating the horrible suffering my OCs need to go through XD but it's for entertainment, am I right? :)
