Hopefully everything will get better before Christmas but I honestly dk rn.

Getting to that time of year that my mental health goes down the drain, I'm tryna hold on cuz I'm happier now I'm in a good college have good friends in a happy relationship and all that but every year around this time I tend to self sabotage. I already see myself doing it. I'm skipping college alot, sleep schedule is out of wack, I'm smokeing more than ever to try dull the urge to s/h and I keep wanting to push everyone away.

I don't wanna ruin what I have rn, I'm in a good spot but I don't know how to stop myself from going down the gutter again.

I just gotta pull through.
