The boys got him a lil something!

They made him his own plushie, reminding him that he's the heart of the family! He protects them and keeps the team together. And even if they don't always show it, they love him and appreciate him very much.

y'know, one thing i don’t see get talked about much in regards to asexuality is how it feels to never be ‘sexually motivated’ by anything

and not just when it comes to advertisements using ‘sexy’ models to try and sell you stuff, but like. in general

sex as a favor, sex as a bribe, sex in exchange for whatever

casual sex, ‘friends with benefits’ situations, even simple flirting

it all looks a whole lot different from the perspective of someone who’s immune to manipulation via sex appeal, who has virtually no understanding as to why sex would motivate someone to cheat on their partner, etc. etc.

sex is worthless to me

i mean, it’s useful as a story element in fiction, but it genuinely perplexes me that sex is such a driving force behind so many aspects of irl society & of people’s individual lives, for better or for worse

and that it’s so deeply ingrained into how the average person views the world & various situations, because the average person feels sexual attraction, whereas i do not

i think the barrier between aces & allos is actually even deeper than it seems on the surface at times, because it’s more than just the grating expectation that everyone must want to ‘settle down’ and have kids, it’s also the fact that the majority of the world is sort of ‘in’ on a joke that aces will never truly be a part of

i’m just waiting for iida to take someone the fuck out

Why Tiger is kind of a big deal, actually

Folks, I have a headache. I just spent the better part of my day doing research, and having even less fun than I expected while doing it. However, coming out the other end of it, I can say this: Tiger, in terms of representation of trans male characters in manga and anime, is practically an anomaly. And we should all be more aware of the weight that carries, not just because it shows how little representation we have, but also because maybe this says something about Horikoshi. Before I get into that, though, some backstory.

I wanna talk about the spiky head man again because I realized that in this scene...

He didn't say Midoriya’s note taking and mumbling was annoying or was creeped out about it.

HE IS THE FIRST CHARACTER TO DO THAT!!

In their first meeting he guessed Midoriya was a fanboy and asked him if he wanted to be a hero, too. He didn't even asked if he had a quirk, which is nice that he just left it at that. He didn't pry any further, just "Oh, you wanna be a hero? Good for you!"

Any other time Midoriya takes notes, it comes off strange to other characters. Not to this guy.

Then he returns in season 6 and what does he do?

"Can't we just hear the kid out?"

The man probably recognized Midoriya and thought "I see this kid is pursuing his dream. Let's help him out".

You see that smile?! Midoriya gave him that smile. A geninue happy smile!
