Very old art for Aideku week, but I'm here for the plot. Day Seven: Soul Mates

In the past, Izuku annoyed witches/sorcerers, being an INCREDIBLY evil person, and fate itself cursed him. The curse causes all of his new reincarnations to die on the same day of the same age every new life, despite the fact that in subsequent lives Midoriya is a good person.

Aizawa, a loyal comrade, friend, lover, husband, followed him every life and death.

At the age of 22, on April 27th of every life, Midoriya dies

Until the Lord had mercy and gave Shouta an amulet that on this day must protect Midoriya every new life and prevent death

2nd century, Midoriya was reborn in the world of heroes. But the amulet was lost in time (it was found during excavations in a grave and sold at auction, and then again and again and again)

The day of death is getting closer and closer, and Aizawa, who also accompanied him in every life, learns about this story (but with different names that they had in a past life's) and tries to find this person and this amulet (he knows for sure that this is true because of the legends and documented things I'm not sure)

From here the plot starts, Aizawa tries to find this person is and how to save him, and Izuku grasps warnings, phantom sensations of hands strangling and cutting him from a past life

- Hey, Izuku. Yamada showed me this thing. I don't understand anything, but you seem to like it.

- BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!

((Remember this trend with cats instead of hats? So...))

Shota retired and opened his own store and became a florist! And Izuku covered the scars on his arms with tattoos, in which he made sure to depict all the users of One For All.

((That year on Ao3 there was a week dedicated to Aideku. At that time, I drew art for every day that was there, but I posted it on another social media. I won’t post everything here and in no order, but I’ll pay tribute, lol))

He’s feeling unexpectedly defensive and irrationally protective all at once.

“Your kids would be little paralysis demons made manifest,” Hitoshi snips as he throws his hands up into the air dramatically once he realizes that Izuku is no longer allowing himself to be shaken.  “All big eyes and teeth and bat shit insanity.  I can feel my hair graying out just thinking about them.”

Then, just as abruptly as his rant had begun, Hitoshi seems to finally run out of steam.

“We’re all doomed,” Hitoshi proclaims pathetically as his body abruptly goes limp, long limbs drooping down toward the ground.

Shouta was going to ignore the obvious provocation, but there was something different about the hero’s voice. It lacked the distortion effect from the mask. Shouta let his curiosity get the better of him and looked over at the hero, wanting to see the look on his actual face when Shouta told him exactly where he’d be eating dinner tonight, only to be struck dumb by what he saw. He said the only thing that came to mind, and ended up saying it three times before he finally found the words to say anything else.

“Oh… fuck me.” He’s so hot!

“Oh! Fuck me.” OMG I called the man of my dreams a circus monkey and told him to quit working with me!

Pro Hero Eraser Head, and professional introvert Shouta Aizawa has been dragged out of his warm bed to go see his nephew Hitoshi Shinsou's band play at the same bar. Aizawa doesn't know it yet, but by the end of the night he's going to fall harder than the big jerk harassing his nephew.

Staring at what had just happened, Oboro found himself at a loss for words. “That was…”

Shouta had seen a lot in his career as an underground hero, but he had never seen something like that. Not only did the man manage to sneak up on him, but then he expertly took down a very large pro hero without any apparent quirk usage. Shouta was certain that he had found ‘The One.’
