KEEPER OF STARS LORE?
KEEPER OF STARS LORE
Star is I think the first minor Keeper we have actually talked about.
They were created by Space so that they could focus on building and expanding the universe and have someone keep the solar systems in check. Star can only directly control stars, but can indirectly effect planets. Their job isn’t to create but to maintain.
Not much stuff has happened with them so far, but their main mentions are when they’re checking in on Space.
There’s probably going to be more lore with them as time goes on but as of now that’s all for them
Yes
Precious beans include Space, Star, and Moon
I would consider Time as well but they’re more of the tired parent of the Space Trio
Life/Wilderness could also probably be a precious bean but only like 50% of the time when they are obsessing over tiny creatures
Energy and Matter are chaotic beans. They’re just some little guys that don’t know what sitting still means
Can we get a Lore Dump about Weather?
Lore Dump about Weather
Weather is a founding Keeper, but is nicknamed the minor of the founding Keepers. They kinda didn’t have anything to do for a while and just messed with Space by blowing winds through their nebulas and using hydrogen from stars to make some makeshift storms that would blow through the universe
Weather is typically rather calm and collected, occasionally loosing their cool and going off on the other keepers. They’ve learned to not make Weather angry, since their revenge works slowly over time. There are rumors that Weather broke the sacred timeline in spite of how often Time “pushed them around“ as they say.
Weather’s personal realm is a small forested area that typically is being rained on. Weather has a small cabin they stay in.
Weather isn’t the most hated Keeper, per se, but they’re definitely on the list of “These Keepers suck to deal with”. Space is a pushover however, and Weather often messes with their work.
Can we get some lore about Time Keeper
Lore about Time Keeper
Time looks over the Sacred Timeline, obviously. Everything that happens has to be approved by them. Big hurricane sweeping through a coastal town in the Victorian era? Sure, won’t be too disastrous and we need a bit of spice around here anyway. Microevolution of a species? Yeah we can work that in.
Their realm is a vast desert surrounded by an ocean of white water. An array of hourglasses and clocks litter the landscape, acting as the foundation of the timeline.
Since the beginning, Time’s power has been unstable and finicky. They’re constantly patching holes and stabilizing the timeline, hourglasses, and clocks because they will randomly break.
OFnR (Placeholder name for my story surrounding Swift) starts with the Sacred Timeline becoming unstable and starting to unravel. I’m a panic, Time had to freeze a section of the timeline, which caused a chain reaction and for the hourglasses (holding up the older half of the timeline) to start to crack.
Time immediately called Space and asked them to keep an eye on the timeline while they went into the timeline to get a patron and try to fix it from the inside.
So yeah that’s what Time is up to
You could say they’re
Having a time
*ba dun ching*
They need a redesign but here’s their TH
Can we get an intervention for Time Keeper and Space Keeper to let them know about their gayness
They wouldn’t believe you if you told them
Space: Gay? Like happy?
Time: Gay as in love. And no we are not gay
Space: I do love you though :<
Time: Like- romantically
Space: ohhhhhhh
Space: yeah we’re just best friends :)
*grabs you*
I would love to hear some stuff about Chelsea, she’s literally my favorite boi ever and I need to know more about her gimme gimme /nf
AH CHELSEA YES I WOULD LOVE TO RANT ABOUT HER
(Horror and gore warning)
Okay so Chelsea is a coyote living in Yowkai. She was born to a Very Large Family and she is the middle child of middle children she is extremely overlooked, despite the fact she’s literally in the Yowkai Academy. She has a bit of an issue with her family, but hey at least she has a good group of friends.
She’s the seventh wheel.
Not only this, but she’s also cursed. Yaaaaaaay
Thing about curses:
In this universe, a large percentage of the overall population over the entire universe has some form of magic. Magic is genetic, and similar powers are passed down over generations. There is a variation of magic known as a curse, where aspects of the magic is turned from protection to destruction.
In Chelsea’s case, she has a curse known as Predator Syndrome.
Predator Syndrome is a curse that strengthens the host, but drives them to near insanity. It starts with random episodes where primal instincts start to overtake the host. If and when the host kills someone is when the curse is set into motion. Nothing immediate happens besides the lack of episodes. After a while (on average around 6-8 months), the host sees a figure that will watch and follow them. They star out too far away to make out any details, but with each day they grow closer until you realize that it’s an entire freaking skeleton.
They get closer until they are right behind the host. During this time while they’re drawing near, the host starts experiencing severe anxiety and starts having the primal episodes again.
In Chelsea’s case, she killed again, and that reset the skeleton. A few months later, it’s back with a friend.
Essentially what happens is there’s a long distance between the host and the skeleton. The skeleton moves closer to the host over time until the host can see the skeleton. When this happens, it triggers anxiety and predator responses. Each time the host kills, the clock is reset back to the beginning, except this time there’s another skeleton and they move slightly faster.
When the skeletons reach the host, the host dies.
With Chelsea, her heart is literally ripped out of place in her chest. In her eyes, the skeleton of her first victim bit a hole straight through her and crushed her heart in it’s jaws.
I have an animation I’m working on that focuses on her lore, but here’s her TH page that I really need to update at some point qwq
What’s your favorite fantasy species (draconian, avian, etc)
Pseudodrakons (original species) or draconians
If you’re wondering, pseudodrakons are a WIP separate species that take on the appearance of draconians while having avian features. There’s a wide range of appearances this species can take on and mutations they can have, but the main defining features are feathered tails and wings. Of my ocs, Gallian, Morpho, and Artemis are psuedodrakons. Gallian doesn’t have feathered wings, and I’m either going to redesign him so he does or make him a hybrid.
This species is a heavy work in progress so there’s a high chance stuff will change.
Can we get a lore rant about the space mans
*deep inhale*
Space Keeper is one of the founding keepers. Keepers are basically my OC world’s equivalent of the Greek gods.
The way the keepers work is each of them have control over one specific thing. In the beginning when there wasn’t really anything, there were the founding keepers that started to create stuff. As time went on, more things were being created that the keepers couldn’t keep track of, so they created (not like that-) more keepers to help them. These are the minor keepers.
Minor keepers are slightly less powerful keepers that serve mainly to adjust the work load and stabilize creation. Only founding keepers can make other keepers.
Anyway so back to Space.
Space, while having a broad range of stuff to keep in check, only has two minor keepers to assist them, those being Keeper of the Stars and Keeper of Moons. Space, like the other keepers, has their own personal realm, which is basically a really small galaxy (small as in the size of New York City).
Now to address Space’s wings.
So on Space’s ref sheet, they aren’t shown to have wings. That’s because they no longer do. Okay, we’ll technically they do but they don’t show them because they’re charred. Basically, they had these large, elegant white wings that were burned and destroyed in a fight among the founding keepers. What had happened was a disagreement between the founding keepers over how to go about with creating a universe, which spiraled into a fight, which created War.
War is not necessarily a keeper. They’re considered one by the majority of the keepers, but the founders don’t necessarily consider them one. War was not created intentionally nor by a specific keeper, and they don’t oversee a certain area of creation. Instead, they stir up trouble among the keepers and the creatures along the Timeline.
Space, while mainly uninvolved in drama unless it specifically involves them (this being one of the few times it did), was caught in the crossfire between conflicting sides, and when War made their dramatic appearance by literally blowing up the meeting hall, Space had attempted to shield Time and Energy (two other founding keepers) and ended up having their wings catch fire. When the hall collapsed, Space fell with it, all the way down to one of the planets. To the eyes of creatures in the universe, they saw a wonderful meteor shower. To the eyes of the keepers, they had just lost one of the most important keepers.
Space didn’t end up dying, but they did hide out on this planet for quite a while until Star and Moon found them and convinced them to return.
Since then, Space had been very quiet and oftentimes is found in the outer reaches of the universe or in their realm.
Anyway, feel free to check out their TH
