Last thing for tonight.

I've been working on fleshing out Abbigail's Warband of "failed" experiments from Fabius.

Can u tell which one I liked the most?

She's almost done. I just started painting her today.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a 3d printed yeen head. So she has to wear a helmet.🥺

Okay I don't have the story ready but here's what I've finished so far!!! I did the security breach ones before the Foxy marine at the bottom, there not my best work, but gods were they so fun to make/paint!!!

This all came from me watching Heresy for Hertics on YouTube. He's been taking colour schemes from his childhood (TV characters and such) and painting marines with them.

If u love out of the box colour schemes and fantastic tutorials definitely a must watch/subscribe

Pt 1/2(or three)

I finished the first squad of gue'vesa. The conversion is simple just removing the lasguns, giving them tau gear and of course bayonets and machetes from a spare marine sprue.

Loyal guardsmen and imperial citizens until they were abandoned by their lords as their world fell from importance and they became isolated during the twelfth black crusade. The dark Eldar, war bands and chaos cultists ran rampant. The Tau took the opportunity to expand and came in to “rescue them”. As repayment for their families and world being protected they swore allegiance to the empire and the ethereals.

Dedicated to the point of fanaticism they make the average tau fire warrior seem passive and cowardly as they will bayonet charge tyranids and space marines without any regard for their lives seeing every death as a glorious sacrifice and a repayment of their debts to the greater good. They are also massive simps for Shadowsun as she was the commander who first spoke to them cause I find the idea hilarious with such hard and fanatical soldiers that they walk around with body pillows and fan pics of her and her battle suit.

I wanna make little personal shields for my tai so I took a Tau “symbol” and essentially plastic welded it to an adeptus titanicus shield bit and I’m gonna use resin and silicon molding to mass produce em. Gonna be legit AF if I can get it just right. Or it will be shit and I will make a fool of myself either way fun times ahead this weekend

I may have my issues with majorkill but he is asking the real questions in this fandom you weakling wouldn’t dare to speak

Given my fat fucking fingers and inability to do anything right I’m amazed this is coming along so well. Got a rough shield shape and a combat short blade looking just different enough so that when I paint it up and it’s glued to a waist or back you won’t be able to tell it’s a Frankenstein monster of three different blades I welded together with spruce goo.

Still might change the shield though I like the small square but a buckler would probably fit better. Something small and round that can be moved easily in a ship or hive city without getting in the way. And if my luck holds with the green stuff maybe give it a spike in the center idk

Just shaved the Aquila off a squad of guardsmen. Gotta say as a hater of the imperial cult it felt satisfying. They will make fine servants of the greater good

Not as satisfying as when I do it to my space marines though

Saw a YouTube short where a dude said the Black Templars should’ve been Dorns original legion over the Fists and that Dorn should return to make the Fist “interesting again”. Normally I’d let it be but as a Dorn simp I have to educate motherfuckers.

DORN HATED RELIGION

He believed in the Imperial Truth that there were no gods and all the pretense of godhood was a fabrication of the warp no more, no less. He banished his greatest son for falling to religion and seeing the Emperor as a god. If he were to see the Templars as they exist today he would be DISGUSTED with them. It might even cause a civil war within the Fists and their successor chapters as the Templars refuse to abandon their fanaticism under Dorns edict.

I want him back myself as I think he would be an interesting counter to whatever the lord of petty whines is up too and a stabilizer for the lion and the blue elf lover but it won’t be a good time given his adamant convictions about religion and his desire for the Emperors dream of a humanity protected and thriving under the watch of his Imperial Fists

Lost warriors have returned to the greater good

They were hiding in a box of basing bits and foliage flocking ironically enough

My crisis suit pilots got their hands on space marine power weapons

The marines weren’t using them anymore as they were sent to be with their god emperor at rail gun velocity after their battle barge was caught unawares

As I repair and customize my old models I have found out the Horus heresy bayonets fit perfectly into Tau rifles

Digging its vibe for my sect of aggressive fighters and gue'vesa

Trying something new… not the best looking but I’m proud of it
