I worked hard, hoping to build a future for myself and my family. But everything changed suddenly due to the war that devastated my life and my family, Even my pets.

The conflict took everything from me: my job, my passion for continuing my studies, my home, and most painfully, some of my family members who were lost in the destruction and bombing, Even my pets, who are an inseparable part of my family, are struggling alongside me. They too feel the fear and anxiety Our lives have been reduced to ashes, and we are left with nothing. We now live without money, food, or a livable shelter, struggling to survive with the barest of resources in harsh and unforgiving conditions.

Every day, I struggle to survive and try to continue my education under these harsh conditions.
Today, I appeal to anyone with a human conscience to offer us a helping hand. My name is Ashraf Alanqar, and I am 30 years old. My wife, Widad Issa, and I have a one-and-a-half-year-old son named Bakr. We used to live peacefully in the Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, in a house we built just a week before the war began. I worked as a farmer and owned a large chicken farm that provided for my family.

Then the war came and destroyed everything. Our home was reduced to ashes, and our chicken farm was obliterated. We lost our home, our livelihood, and even our basic rights. We've been forced to move from place to place in northern Gaza, simply trying to survive.

My name is Suad Ahmad, and I am an engineer from Gaza. I graduated from university at the top of my class and quickly advanced in my career as an instructor, consultant, and team leader. My husband and I were overjoyed to learn that I was pregnant, but our happiness was short-lived. Just a week later, the occupation began its illegal scorched earth campaign against the people of Gaza. Our home and my workplace were destroyed, and my husband's family and I were displaced from the north.
On the day I went into labor, I had to walk a great distance to the hospital. When I arrived, I found that the hospital was operating at minimal capacity, and there wasn't even a bed for me. My baby was born with minimal medical support, and the experience was extremely difficult. Then, the occupation began bombing the vicinity of the hospital, putting us in immense danger with nowhere to turn.
Unfortunately, the situation has only gotten worse. My baby and I are now living in a tent in extreme heat. The attacks continue, putting our lives in immediate danger. The blockade on Rafah Crossing and the destruction of roads and infrastructure have led to extreme food scarcity. I cannot find enough food to feed myself or my baby. I have not been able to recover from the difficult birth, and my baby is missing out on crucial nutrition needed for neonatal development.
Once the Rafah crossing reopens, my baby and I need to evacuate to Egypt for our health and safety. You can help make this possible by directly supporting us at the link below. Baby Ayla and her family were in their tent today when the IOF suddenly appeared and began firing on the tents. The family barely escaped with their lives, a bullet having narrowly missed baby Ayla’s head!
They had to leave their tent and most of their possessions, which are now under IOF control and are irrecoverable.
