Look, I animated again :D
Haha, so this came from an all of a sudden excitement for the persona 4 dancing all night game coming to PSVita. I guess playing a crap ton of Hatsune Miku Diva Project fueled my need to play music rhythm games now haha. So I found a gif of a kpop dance and put Chie in that position. (Though, I should have kept it realistic to Chie and make her look nervous trying this dance...) :D

I just watched "Nimona" and it was THE BEST FILM I EVER WATCHED IN MY LIFE! Please, don't judge me. I was really enjoying the movie and I couldn't stop laughing several times. You can find it on Netflix at the moment. So, if you decide to watch it, the only thing I can say is - ENJOY!

My PC really struggled in making this due to it being 4K.
Big thank you to @coffeetimeworks for helping me choose a scene for Penguin! Sorry that I couldn't draw him beaten and bloody, that was definitely above my skill level for this task, hehe. (I did try but it looked incredibly silly. Just as silly as Penguin's voice line here? Maybe. That's one still out for the jury to decide on.)

This is the very first finished One Piece animation I didn't trace the anime and manga for! Yay!
Drawing Doflamingo from behind did make things a lot easier, sure, but I'm personally very proud of how much more comfortable I've become in trusting my skills to just wing it entirely.

One of my proudest animations to date. Base of the art is Boichi's rendition of Ace's Story Manga (part 1) because I do very much like to trace the first frame to make sure my animation doesn't end up looking horrible :P
Just finished reading Law's novel for the first time... I cried a little bit... I really enjoyed it!!
I still have yet to read Ace's novel part 2 and to get my hands on Hour of Kikoku. I look forward to reading those too!
Doflamingo cooking for @saracrossing02 's #DoffyCooking ... event? prompt? Whatever you'd like to call it!
I really wanted to try out this sort of simplified motion in animation and thought of that just this morning so having this prompt as a base this evening was kind of perfect to steal a gif of Sanji cooking in the anime and slap Doffy all over it :P
Doing this is a nice break from my usual animations which take between 15-20 hours whereas this only took roughly 4 hours (thankfully, my wrist couldn't have taken much more! xP )
I had Dressrosa on while animating this and I like to think that it was quite inspiring. I've finally gotten my hands on the English dub and oh my god I think I love Doffy even more now. The voice is so freaking creepy and I really do just connect with the story more when I understand what's being said. (Only understanding the ocassional "kakoii" really isn't enough :P )
