Okay, since these kind of posts people seem to like, and I like making silly AUs, AND it's confusing to me why yall like them IMMA JUST MAKE ANOTHER ONE! XD Because it is FUNNY. SO!!!
Yall can read, SO YOU MAY BE WONDERING: Why? There's already concepts and shit about this! What's so DIFFERENT about this one? WELL TO ANSWER THAT I WILL SAY: All the other concepts (Which aren't bad by the way) all involved THE SAME CAST of characters. Rodimus, Ultra Magnus, etc. So HERE'S MINE.
(NOTE I will still be taking creative liberties to add and mix around somethings because yes)

The Decepticons have won the war. It was hard, and lots of good bots were killed. But for the most part the Autobots have accepted the loss. The war was finally over after all, of course they were going to accept it. Of course, some Autobots don't want to accept defeat but for the most part peace has been achieved. Megatron uses the Matrix of Leadership to use the ancient wisdom inside to help lead Cybertron alongside Slicer and Slipstream.
Starscream decides to take a ship, the Found Night, to explore the galaxy like he always wanted, to learn about it many planets and bring home various Cybertronians that need help. He assembles a large crew to explore the galaxy with him.
Later, after some adventures, Megatron would ask Starscream to allow Optimus Prime to board the Found Night. During Starscream's adventures, Optimus Prime had been trialed. Even though Optimus had a change of heart nearing the end of the war and stopped Rodimus from rewriting all of reality, many Cybertronians believed he needed an actual sentence. So they held a trial. But Optimus enacted ancient Cybertronian tradition, stating only the Clerics of Cybertron could judge him. Starscream, while suspicious, allowed Optimus to board the ship. From there, even MORE shenanigans took place, among other things.
So here's a list of some of the main crew members! Starscream, Captain Galvatron, Second in Command Optimus Prime, Co-Captain Knockout, Chief Medical Officer Brawl, Security Misfire, Bartender Flamewar, Scout Tarn, more Security Grimlock, the Cyclonus Role (Kinda) Cyclonus, the Cyclonus Role (Kinda again XD) Tailgate, he's uh... still Tailgate, but more WHIRL like Pharma, the next Chief Medical Officer Role Necrobot, the Therapist Role

I drew this a while ago, it was my first time drawing Cyclonus and I wanted to make something from my head. I don’t think it really shows in the outcome though so I just have to work harder and study him more next time!
I vow that the next time I post a picture of Cyclonus, it’ll be a lot better!

He didn't even register this fist slamming into Starscream's face until he hear the jet's back slam into the wall behind him. As the sound reverberated in Megatron's audials, he could only stare in horror as he watched Starscream pick himself back up and bring a hand to his face, energon coating his digits. Megatron took a step forward, his anger quickly fading away into horror as he realized what he'd just done. He reached out, an apology on his lips. "Starscream, I.." Starscream only turned away, his expression was morphed into one that the ex-warlord had been unable to properly decipher in the moment. Starscream just let out a heavy vent and returned to laying on the berth in the brig, quietly speaking one last time. "It's just as I thought... you'll never change... just leave me alone. Let me rust away in peace." Megatron felt himself at a loss for words, all he could bring himself to do was comply with Starscream's demands and leave him in the brig. The words uttered by his former second in command, digging their way into his spark. As Megatron left the brig and made his way to the main deck of the ship, he was left coming to terms with all the events that had just transpired. His gaze rested upon his fist, his tanks churning when he saw the faint traces of Starscream's energon on his knuckles. One thing that didn't add up to Megatron had been Starscream's expression. The jet's expression was not one of smug pride that he got under Megatron's plating again, it wasn't one that was happy to be right about his former leader's attempts to atone... no. Starscream's expression had been one of disappointment and slight bitterness. Megatron continued to walk, thinking about the entire interaction that would have brought reason for Starscream making such an expression. He stopped in his tracks when he finally realized it. 'Bots like us don't change... anyone that says so is fooling themself.' Starscream wanted to be wrong, wanted what he said to not be true. He wanted Megatron to be a changed bot, because if he was then it meant Starscream's belief in being unable to change was false. If Megatron was capable of changing, capable of not lashing out at Starscream's responses, then he would have proven Starscream wrong... and that in turn would have led Starscream to believe there was hope for him to be capable of changing too. To be more than Starscream the duplicitous backstabber. But Megatron reacted with violence towards Starscream again, and to Starscream that was enough to believe that there was no hope for either of them. Megatron never felt more defeated.

When Megatron enters Starscream's cell, he only briefly gets the other's attention before a bitter laugh escapes the jet. "Well if this isn't a familiar scenario..." Megatron doesn't find the humor in it. "You've holed yourself away again, Starscream." Starscream could only weakly scoff in turn, his once pristine frame creaked with rust as he moved. "And I suppose you're here to beat me within an inch of my life again... to tell me what a miserable failure I am as a leader. So cut whatever righteous speech you have planned and let's just get it over with." Megatron was taken aback, so Starscream still expected to be beaten. He didn't think the former Decepticon leader was capable of being good, of being redeemed. Something about this fact made Megatron's tanks churn as he continued to talk, his voice soft and gentle as he spoke to Starscream. "Do you really believe I am still the same person I was before?" There was just something about this scenario that made Megatron crave Starscream acknowledging his change. Megatron couldn't quite pin down why it felt so important to him that Starscream would see he was no longer the tyrant of their past. He wanted Starscream to look upon him and see that change. But Starscream never looked over at him like that, and instead he let out a mocking laugh. It didn't sound like most of Starscream's usual laughs though, this one sounded strained as he shook his head and covered his face as he finally turned to face the man behind all of his abuse and pain. His lips were twisted into a mix between a snarl and a grin, his sharp denta glinted slightly in the low-light of the brig's holding cell. "Oh save it Lord Megatron. I know that deep down, you don't believe you're worthy enough for that badge on your chest. Bots like us don't change... anyone that says so is fooling themself." A sharp digit pointing towards the red Autobot badge on Megatron's chest. He was angry to relent that Starscream was right, despite everything he'd done aboard the Lost Light, Megatron still didn't believe himself worthy of wearing the badge. He felt old rage begin to bubble back up to the surface, Starscream had that influence on people. He always seemed capable of reading a bot and being able to pick at a scab that never seemed to heal right. No matter how much time had passed, Starscream always seemed to know what ate away at Megatron's spark. He never seemed to shut up once he found it either. But he wouldn't let Starscream get under his plating, not this time. Not even when every fibre of Megatron's being wanted to punch the other in the mouth. He was better than that now, he would prove that to Starscream once and for all. And ever observant, Starscream pointed out the larger bot's tension and gestured to Megatron's entire being. "You forget, we fought together for millions of years. Even now I can tell the minute details of your body language, I can see you wish to punch me. To beat me and have me screaming for mercy, well no more. I'm tired, so either get your catharsis in, or let the rust eat away at me. I. Don't. Care." Megatron continued to tell himself, that Starscream couldn't get under his plating anymore. He wasn't the same bot that Starscream knew from before. He was better now.
"Even that lousy Bee knew I was a lost cause... not even he was as delusional." Everything seemed to stop for Megatron there, it was one thing for Starscream to badmouth him; it wasn't anything that the ex-warlord hadn't heard before. But now Starscream was mocking the memory of the kind autobot that Megatron was proud to call his friend, the bot primarily responsible for Megatron seeing the faults in his actions! That was taking it too far. [Tumblr is not happy about the size of this idea, lemme split it up again.] [Part 3]
I gotta get this outta my brain.
I keep imagining what could have been if like IDW Starscream, ruler of Cybertron, lost his leadership position earlier on and his sentencing was to join Megatron on the Lost Light. The idea from the new leadership on Cybertron is that Megatron would get rid of Starscream and so they could just kill two birds with one stone. Starscream lingers mostly to the more isolated parts of the ship, barely interacting with anyone, but somehow always being dragged to the brig for something going wrong on the ship. It gets to the point where Starscream doesn't even come out of the brig holding cells when it's offered to him, he just wants them to leave him there to rust. Of course that information is quick to make it back to Rodimus, Ultra Magnus, and Megatron. They're a mix of trying to figure out what to do in this situation. Rodimus I could see him either being a-ok with Starscream staying there or he could believe they need to work at Starscream since Megatron was just as bad as Starscream and he turned out okay, Ultra Magnus is more on the 'leave him there' side given Starscream's criminal record, but Megatron is mixed about what to do. Megatron doesn't enjoy Starscream being on the ship, being in the space that he managed to make for himself and finally begin to work on himself. But he also knows that he himself wasn't good to Starscream and feels a sense of deja-vu hit him when he hears from Ravage that Starscream is self-isolating and wasting away. Similar to all those years ago when Starscream led the Decepticons for 3 years only for the crew to resort to cannibalism. It's a chance for Megatron to do the same situation, but differently. To show Starscream that the ex-warlord has changed. So Megatron goes to the brig and decides to speak with Starscream alone. [Sorry but this idea became too big for a single post, I'll link the second part which is the little snippet I wrote for this.]

So I've seen ROTTMNT but I haven't read MTMTE/Lost Light..only seen snippets of the comic....
Someone who's seen both pieces of media, tell me if these two blorbos are anything alike?
Because they're both giving "silly goober trying to live up to the roll of leader while experiencing an angsty personal crisis" and I don't know how accurate it is to say they're basically the same or not....
Okay, okay.
I am Not one of those people who Just See two caracters together for a few seconds and goes "OH MY GOD THEY ARE MADE FOR EACH OTHER" or do ships out of people that try to kill each other. But this is a ship that is very, very, very unpopular and nobody seems to See it.
I am talking of them.
Megatron and Velocity.
I know some will go "What do you See there? They are Just friends" And yeah, that is possible.
But Look how worried Velocity Looks at the dents in Megs head. Look how gently she touches them as if she was afraid to hurt him more. And how genuinly happy she Looks as Megs tells her that He is happy.
She is one of the only Bots on the Lost light that helps him because she wants to help. No orders, she helps him because she wants to. As Ratchet healed Megatron the last time, He was ordered to and seemingly hated every second of it.
But Velocity? She really takes her time to make Sure He is allright and does Not judge him for his past deeds as the other Bots on the Lost light, who literally wrote on Megatron's habsuite door that He is a murderer, killer and that they will kill him.
I Just feel a certain tension between them, and i really like that it could really be a romantic one.
Megs has suffered enough in his life, He should be able to be happy and loved by somebody. And in my eyes, Velocity should be the one to Do so
... And come on their Shipname could be Velocitron that's Just funny-

A little more on that idea-
The reason he acts so childish is because he died as the cybertronian equivalent of a teenager Or early twenties.
When Megatron finds out that he basically killed a teenager, and doomed that teenager to a life and a role that he didn't want. He is horrified with himself (I believe in Megatron having morals and not believing in killing sparkling or younglings during the war).
No one sees him for two weeks.
Also, after brainstorm finds out he starts working on a way for Rodimus to start aging again. Rodimus is very thankful for that, bit sadly no one lets brainstorm use what he invented for fear of it killing Rodimus.
Brainstorm came up with seven different ways, and made seven different machines for those ways, in two months. Three of those inventions can fix the problem, two of them will just make Rodimus a baby (no actual way of fixing that), one of them will actually kill Rodimus, and the last one will turn Rodimus invisible (not sure how that works).
I heard a sound on tik tok where a character said they are the same age forever, and that got my brain puting rodimus in there.
SO, rodimus who's stuck the same age he was as when he died, both physically and mentally.
The matrix revived him, but he just, stopped aging. He doesn't even realize it until someone points it out to him.
I imagine he doesn't tell the crew cause he doesn't want pity. But then one time he's very drunk and out of it and just starts talking and making everyone concerned.
Some fluff for this au cause my brain was nice to me (it loves coming up with angst but not fluff).
when hot rod died he was somewhere in his twenties. And when the matrix made Rodimus to possess his body, it "accidentally" brought back hot rod as a sort of voice or ghost that only Rodimus can hear/see.
Hot rod (instead of being mad at having someone possess his body) becomes some sort of mentor- parental figure- for Rodimus cause he realises that he's only a sparkling.
He helps Rodimus by telling him about mechs he meets or are important, Explains about the war and its history, teaches him about Cybertron and its history. And just doing all of the things that the matrix and primus didn't do.
Hot rod is also Rodimus's voice of reason (Rodimus only listens to him). And lets just say that without hot rod, Rodimus (and everyone else) would have been dead fifty times over.

Especially when the other (and first) captain of that ship literally got FRAGING KILLED BY THAT SAME WAR LORD (now war criminal on probesion).
Just, a fic of rodimus explaining to Optimus everything he did wrong in life.
Hear me out, a rodimus who believes that hot rod is dead (he doesn't wanna believe that he is hot rod).
Whenever he talks about his past before becoming rodimus, instead of saying "I did" he says "so hot rod...". And nobody knows why he talks like he isn't hot rod.
They don't understand until Megatron gets so annoyed by that, that he starts demending rodimus to stop talking like he isn't hot rod.
And rodimus just looks him, dead in the optics, and says: "But I am not hot rod, I am rodimus. Hot rod is dead. Don't you remember Megatron? You were the one who killed him after all, weren't you?"
And after he says it there is just silence. Because nobody knows how to react or what to say.
Nobody knows how to react to finding out that too become a prime, their captain literally died (I like to believe that rodimus doesn't like to talk about how he became a prime). That he died at the servos of the mech who became his co-captaim years later.
Or that he believes that who he was before is still dead. and not even the matrix can bring him back.

I really like the idea of an undead rodimus au.
He got the matrix after getting his spark blown up and deing. so I like to think instead of giving him a new spark, the matrix just replaced his spark with itself. And so after it got separated from rodimus he was left with no spark, but he still lived.
He now lives without a spark and cannot die. If his head gets cut of, he can just put it back no problem, it also works with all his other parts.
He knows he can't die in a normal way, but he forgot to tell the others. So one time during a fight or during the mutiny, something happens and everyone finds out. I imagine it goes something like that:
Rodimus: *looses his head*
Everyone else in the battlefield: *stop fighting and looking*
Rodimus: *gets up of the floor and puts is head back in place* well that was annoying. And my head is gonna be wobbly for hours now.
Everyone: *horrified*
Rodimus: what? Did I do something wrong?
I don't think you understand how much I need rodimus to be good at math. I mean a person who learned physics at university for FUN good.
And he doesn't even realize how good he is cause he uses it for art and for his creative outlets (you can't tell me carving on your desk with a knife is not a creative outlet).
He can literally do most math problems in under half hour cause his brain moves super fast (speeder and ADHD), but he doesn't realize it cause he doesn't even LIKE math. (Just like me for real).
He only finds out it's not normal to solve a math problem in under a half hour cause of the one time he walked into the labs while brainstorm was calculating and just casually looked at the board and point out a mistake. Brainstorm cries for about an hour cause of that.
Anyway, I need rodimus to be good at math but also really lazy about it so no one knows or believes brainstorm when he tries to tell them.
Living my best/worst (can't decide) life while thinking of the lost light crew doing some event were they need to wear clothes and somebot decides that femmes have to wear a dress and mechs have to wear a suit (is that how it's written?), And most of the crew respects it although they are confused by that.
And then the day of the party comes and everybot just loses their slag cause rodimus is wearing a combination of a dress and a suit.
And when asked why, he just says that he wasn't sure what he was supposed to wear.
And long story short that's how the crew finds out that rodimus is gender queer
After the drugs stops working, rodimus in the med bay getting a check up:
Ratchet:*looking at rodimus's processor* I'm not sure what chousd rodimus to act so strangely.
Ultra Magnus: I see, hopefully we could figure it out.
Rodimus: you know, I actually really enjoyed those last few hours. My processor wasn't going like 100 mph for once and I could actually focus on my work without getting distracted every two seconds.
Ratchet, Ultra Magnus, Megatron and everybot else in the med bay: *Relishing that rodimus as the cybertronian equivalent of ADHD and none of them knew, including him* This explains so much and yet so little at the same time. Oh primus we're so stupid for not relishing.
Rodimus:*confused* are y'all ok? Did I miss something?
Drift: don't worry about it rodi. But just out of curiosity, do you remember who gave you the energon before you started filling weird?
Rodimus: yeah, it was getaway. Said he made it himself as a gift.
Drift and everybot else:*Relishing what getaway was trying to do* `I'm going to kill getaway`
I need either Brainstorm or Perceptor or literally ANYBOT on the Lost light to somehow make the cybertronian equivalent of those ADHD meds that make your emotions disappear (you know the type, every Neurodivergent person who takes meds had them), And somehow those meds/drags get into rodimus's energon.
I just want the ENTIRE SHIP in chaos cause rodimus is ACTUALLY WORKING! (What?).
Like, Megatron and ultra Magnus having an existential crisis.
Drift being concerned for his emica (you write it like that?) cause he doesn't wanna race.
Ratchet and all the medics on the ship trying to get rodi into the med bay to give him a check up.
All of the other bots being 100% SURE that rodimus is possessed or got replaced.
And at the same time that the entire crew is panicking, Rodimus is enjoying having his processor go about 950 MPH for the first time in his life. (He is able to do his work without getting distracted or bored after five minutes).
The crew notices rodimus's lack of emotions, rodimus himself does not.
Do you know what I need?
I need rodimus to have a sleeper build.
I need rodimus, a speeder, to be strong enough to lift Megatron and Ultra Magnus over his head and throw them, like, five of kilometers (about 16,404 foot) sideways.
I need nobody on the crew knows except for Perceptor and Mag's (cause from what I know, they were both a part of the wreckers) cause weil in the wreckers he used to throw other members during a battle or for fun.
I need the crew to be in a battle on a planet, and during that battle Mag's tells rodi too throw him. Everybody else just looks at Mag's like he lost it. That is until rodimus just flips an enemy of his, picks up Mag's, and just throws him too the other side of the battlefield to wreck chaos among enemy lines.
That is what I need
