★ LUCIFER won't show it as much as the others, however whenever he sees the slightest smile appear on your face, that demon is fighting the urge to not stare at that joyful expression. he knows that he wouldn't be able to stop the soft smile from tugging at his lips if he gazes at you while you were all happy in front of him. though if you are quick enough, you can easily spot that look of adoration on his face while he stares at you— his opened pen drying up because of your ability to distract him from work.
MAMMON:
★ MAMMON cannot hide that dark blush on his cheeks; he's clearly affected the most by the sounds of your laughter and that fond smile that you give him as well. he would probably sputter irrelevant stuff to distract himself from short circulating due to that cheerful expression resting on your face— which he would kill for.
mammon will make the most dumbest remarks and jokes, just to see you giggle once again. it truly warms his heart.
LEVIATHAN:
★ LEVIATHAN is weak for you; weak in every aspect and especially your bright smile. no matter how small that smile might be or if the corners of your lips only curled up for a split second; it makes him feel like he is on cloud nine. levi needs to take a breather every time you two are alone in his room and he sees how you attentively listen to his rants with that cute grin plastered on your face. he will take two seconds to regain composure, putting a hand on his chest where his heart was beating like crazy, taking a few deep breaths.
SATAN:
★ SATAN will compliment your smile every now and then, even if it's in front of others; he's an honest man after all. the demon might make nice comments about it just to make you smile some more for him— maybe even to let out those adorable chuckles of yours. if you two are alone and you giggle at something on your phone, satan will look up from the book he was reading just to take in the gorgeous scene in front of him before turning back to the novel in his hands. best believe he doesn't even know what he is reading afterwards. his mind is full of thoughts of that beautiful sight he saw from not too long ago.
ASMODEUS:
★ ASMODEUS is another demon that will be as straightforward with you as possible; telling you how much he cherishes every smile of yours, how it makes his day so much better, how it never fails to make him feel all giddy and fuzzy on the inside. he's your number one admirer and will take candid pictures whenever you're all happy and content while he's around. and yes, he will send those in the private group chat of the brothers so they could all admire your smile as well.
BEELZEBUB:
★ BEELZEBUB doesn't know that he's intensely staring at you whenever you smile. he doesn't want to creep you out; he just wants you to know how much he silently admires everything you do when he can't gather the right words to explain his undying love for you. beel likes giving you some of his food to see your face light up. oh, he's a hunderd procent sure that that smile of yours is one of the most beautiful things to exist in all three worlds combined.
BELPHEGOR:
★ BELPHEGOR is another silent admirer. he watches you from afar, laughing with one of his brothers and imagining that it was him who you were showing that sweet smile to. he also loves it when you climb in bed with him at night with that playful yet loveable grin sitting on your face. belphie can't guarantee you that he won't pepper you with multiple kisses until you can't stop laughing, just so he can enjoy his time with you.

Tried doing something new with a new program I’m using! I used a 3d base b/c I’m still learning how to draw hands and the lower body ^^;; Anywayss I hope you like it!
The room’s almost done!! Just have to tweak the desk, the wall and his cabinet along with adding all his anime stuff around his room. Like seriously, Levi, why do you have so much stuff lying around....
Here’s Levi’s room so far.... my god this is going to take me ages to even remotely get the textures right ^0^;; (Also, that desk that’s hard to see was a bitch to make, it won’t let me put any more holes in it or it distorts the whole thing ;0;)

Hes a serpent because apparently thats how hes described, and i like the idea of him ruling the sea of jealousy and dragging damn souls to drown in their sin and over indulge, eating their souls and transforming them to his own species of demons/imps.
Tried to go off of a deep sea fish or serpent, a dragon fish specifically.

For the first month after the boys found out you were back, most of them checked their DDDs religiously. Good morning texts and goodnight texts were sent, along with the occasional picture of something funny that had happened that day or something cute they had seen.
Diavolo banned fireworks for the first few months after Solomon made the quiet request, and you couldn’t feel any safer when you no longer heard the random bangs while trying to get to sleep.
Satan would leave one or two books outside the door of the room you were sharing with Solomon in Purgatory hall, and then you finished them, you would get the sorcerer to enchant them to return to the avatar of wrath. Lucifer sent soothing teas along with Beelzebub’s gifts of food, and you would end up snacking while reading late into the night when the nightmares started to get worse.
Mammon stuck to sending you little charms or items that reminded him of you while he was out shopping, while Levi would get Solomon to bring you games that he thought you might like. He always made sure to leave out games that involved fighting, although you seemed to like when he found a devildom version of something called animal crossing.
Belphegor would personally bring you over a particularly fluffy blanket or pillow every once in a while and told you all of the best places in the devildom for when you wanted to be alone.
Asmodeus… He went overboard with gifts. Bath bombs and face masks were sent daily, with expensive soaps and bottles of bubble bath with them. He would send flowers and chocolates too, and eventually Solomon had to limit him on the number of things he sent because your shared bathroom with the sorcerer was becoming overrun with self-care products.
Solomon himself was chill with having you in his room, as he liked having someone around that wouldn’t mess with his potions or bother him too much about trivial things. The two of you spent many hours in silence working on your respective projects and hobbies, and he started working on a nightmare stopping potion.
Luke baked you things every day, and Simeon managed to convince you to join them for dinner most afternoons.
Overall, Luke was probably the most determined to get you back to your old self. He spent as much time as possible just hanging around you while you read in the common room. Hell, Luke even mastered all of your favorite recipes in case you would start craving human food, and when you did? You didn’t even have to say it. You tended to stay off of social media, and you didn’t want to see anything that might trigger an anxiety attack, so Solomon kept you updated on silly little things that happened in both the human and devildom worlds.
When you started to open the door to let Satan read with you, he was pleasantly surprised, but didn’t let it show. He kept physical interactions to a minimum as hard as it was sometimes and would read to you if you asked. Every once is a while, you would wordlessly hand him your DDD, which would show a cute picture of a cat, and he would murmur about how beautiful they were.
When you asked Lucifer to work in his office with him, he accepted immediately, and offered tea when he got some for himself. The two of you worked in perfect silence, broken only when he would read something out loud to help him remember it and you would soak in his smooth voice.
Somehow you managed to avoid the new student, who had ended up staying in the devildom to complete the semester, and for that you were glad. She hadn’t approached you, and you kept to yourself in Purgatory hall, so you didn’t stress about that.
When Simeon gently persuaded you to go on a walk with him for some fresh air, you decided to give it a shot. He promised that the two of you would stay away from large crowds, and you invited Luke along.
Luke was by your side the whole walk, glaring at any demon who got too close, and holding onto your sleeve to keep you grounded. A commotion made the three of you tense, but when you saw the familiar face of the big D of wrath that had accompanied you to the battles cringing away from a larger, mad demon, you tore away from the angels to stand between them.
That was the first time they had seen you so furious, and the small crowd of demons that had gathered quickly dispersed when you handed the bigger demon’s ass to him in twenty seconds flat. The angels let him join your walk without question when they saw your subtle shaking, and the wrath demon stuck close to you.
The rest of the walk was mostly quiet on the angels’ part, as they watched your quiet conversation with the demon who had fought beside you. The two of you seemed to be good at keeping each other grounded, so they let him inside Purgatory hall so the two of you could have a while to catch up in the common room.
When a few hours later Lucifer was sent a short video of your happy conversation with the wrath demon by Simeon, the avatar of pride smiled.
The two of you fell asleep on the couch, but when Solomon came home a little later and tried to move you to your bed, the wrath demon unconsciously grabbed you and pulled you against his side in an attempt to protect you even in his sleep.
The next few days showed more improvement, and the longer you were around your pacted wrath demon, the longer you were relaxed. Eventually Simeon pulled him aside to formally invite him to claim a room at Purgatory hall and told him to come any time he wanted.
When one day you snuck into the house of Lamentation and found Belphegor napping on the couch, you hesitated, before going over and sitting down to pull his head onto your flesh thigh and popping open the book you were originally going to return to Satan. The avatar of sloth barely stirred but reached out to hold your shirt as he slept, and you snapped a picture to remember the moment.
A few hours later Beelzebub came down to find Belphegor and found the two of you napping together with you leaning back against the couch and his twin’s head on your lap. His eyes softened, and a grin spread his lips, before he edged over and took closed book from your hand to set it on the end table, before heading to the kitchen to make some food for when you woke up.
Of course, your luck had to come to an end when the new student walked past and noticed you.
“Hey, who the hell are you?” Her loud voice snapped you awake, and without realizing it, you jolted off the couch and braced yourself. The action startled Belphegor, who had actually woken up moments ago and just didn’t want to move when he noticed that you were the one he was holding onto.
The tone of her voice made you immediately go on the defensive, so you looked your old bully straight in the eyes. She seemed to recognize you, and a wicked grin split her face.
“Oh, so you’re the great Y/n that everyone was all sad about. “
Yeah, Beelzebub heard that and showed up with concern written all over his face.
“They’re my favorite human. C’mon Y/n.” Belphegor quickly took your flesh hand in his, tugging you towards his room to get you out of the situation.
Beel was close behind with snacks, and for the first time in months, you managed to lay back and relax with the twins in Belphegor’s bed while snacking and talking about random things.

That’s what Barbatos was told when Simeon revealed that he would be bringing you home. But seeing as he made him promise to not tell the brothers, Barbatos knew something was wrong. He relayed the message to Diavolo, who beamed at the fact that one of his favorite humans was returning.
When Solomon and Simeon came in later that week with you supported by your remaining wrath big D, Diavolo almost cried at the state you were in. You now sported a prosthetic right arm and leg and had noticeably shorter hair. Your clothes hung off your frame, and your eyes seemed empty of life.
The big D of wrath looked a little better, with only a few circular scars, and Diavolo feared to know what had happened to the other wrath and pride demons. Never less, he bowed low to the two of you in respect for what you had done, before approaching you to hug you. His heart broke when you flinched, and he quickly turned it into a handshake to save your pride.
The wrath demon excused himself to find the families of the two demons that had died and gave you a quick side hug before passing you to Solomon and letting the sorcerer support your shaky legs.
They took you back to purgatory hall that night after catching up for a while, and you slept beside Solomon, who stayed away for the most part to help you through a nightmare.
When Luke saw you the next morning, he cried. He had been so worried, as Simeon hadn’t wanted him to see you while you were out, so you held him close to you on the couch while he asked a few questions. You tried not to flinch away when Simeon showed up with tea and cookies, and no one questioned you when your hands shook.
Luke was especially scared of hurting the area where your prosthetics were attached, but you assured him it was only bad when you got too cold or it they were attached improperly. You didn’t tell him how you lost your limbs, but later on that day allowed Simeon to explain to him what had happened.
A grenade had been thrown, and you had jumped in front of one of a medic who was tending to one of your fellow soldiers. The big D of pride was the one who carried you away, and bought you back to the base to get your wounds treated while the remaining wrath demon finished off all the enemy soldiers in a mile radius due to his rage. The medic and soldier you had saved swore secrecy to what they had witnessed. Promising to tell no one of the two creatures that crawled out of the shadows in your defense.
When a week later you were finally able to walk with little help from the angels or Solomon, you decided to get your stuff from your room in the House of Lamentation to bring to Purgatory hall. Solomon and Simeon helped you walk over, as they knew when the boys saw you there’d be chaos.
Somehow, you didn’t pass anyone until you got to the stairs, so Solomon went ahead with Luke to start gathering your stuff to make it easier for you. Simeon stayed by your side as you struggled up the first few steps, the prosthetic leg slightly uncomfortable against your skin as you lifted it to step up.
“Y/n?” The voice was quiet, but both you and Simeon heard it without a problem.
It was Mammon.
The avatar of Greed stared at the two of you, eyes wide and breathing shaky as he took a step forwards, and you offered a small smile.
“Hey you.”
Simeon had to grab a hold of your shoulders to prevent you from falling backwards at the force Mammon hit you, and you felt damp droplets hit your short hair as tears fell from the demons face.
Other then Solomon, this was the first hug you had received from anyone since getting home, and somehow, although you were happy to finally see one of the brothers after so long, you were uncomfortable at the act. Upon realizing how tense you were, Simeon had to forcefully extract you from the demon’s grasp, which made Mammon growl lowly.
But when the white-haired male saw the discomfort on your face, he froze. And then he looked at the rest of you. His eyes lingered on your arm and leg, and he finally seemed to realize how short your hair was as he took a step back.
“What happened to ya over there Y/n?”
By the time you had relaxed and managed to mumble out a coherent sentence, pounding footsteps echoed from the direction of the kitchen, and a rush of ginger barreled towards you.
Simeon actually had to whip out his wings and shield you from Beelzebub’s hug, which was not taken well by the avatar of gluttony. Belphegor was close behind his twin, and the commotion must have reached the other brothers because you could hear faint footsteps from other areas in the house.
Satan seemed the least surprised by your arrival, and he helped to hold back his brothers until you could reach the top of the stairs with Simeon’s help. Later he would tell you that the big D of wrath that had survived came to tell him that you were back, and that he decided to wait until you were ready to see them. He understood war, and how it could change people.
Asmodeus was crying as he babbled out welcome home and thanked you for coming back to them, and Leviathan was trying to hide his own tears of joy that you were alright.
When Lucifer finally arrived last, his gaze landed first on your face, then he scanned for injuries. He was annoyed that Simeon’s wings were still covering most of you but accepted your silence and the nervousness in your eyes as a warning to hold back for now.
When Simeon pulled back his wings to help you up the rest of the stairs, the brothers -other than Mammon- fell silent. Their eyes lingered on your new limbs, and they seemed almost afraid to say anything about them.
By the time you had returned with the two angels and Solomon in tow, they had composed themselves. Satan or Lucifer must have warned them to hold their tongues about anything that had happened while you were gone.
“How long have you been back?” Beelzebub was the first to speak, asking the question that everyone wanted to know, and you avoided their eyes as you reached the flat floor.
“A week and a half.” Your voice would not have been heard by them if they didn’t have such good hearing. You could clearly see the anger, the hurt as they realized you had been back this long and didn’t contact them at all. “I needed time.”
“They don’t have to explain themselves. We’re heading back to Purgatory hall until they’re comfortable with being around so many people again.” Solomon wrapped an arm around your shoulders as he stepped closer to you and took their eyes off of you. With his statement, you could see the crestfallen eyes of the demon brothers you had grown to love, and you shuffled on your feet in discomfort.
The angels and human walked you past the brothers, who parted silently to let you pass.
“May I bring you a few books that I had saved for your return?” Satan’s words almost made a tear slip out.
He had still been collecting books he thought you might like while you were gone.
“That would be appreciated.”
And then you were out the door.

I have been imagining scenarios like this for weeks leading up to now because or Remembrance Day, so I figured I might as well write it.

The letter given to you by Barbatos made you flinch. You had never seen one in person, and the demon’s concerned face didn’t help. When he asks what it’s about, you don’t answer, only staring down at the unopened letter in fear.
You stayed at Purgatory hall that night, the brothers just assuming that you were studying with Solomon, when in reality, you needed some form of human comfort. Solomon was supportive, knowing that you wouldn’t dare refuse to go, and helped you tell the angels.
Luke was aghast. He hated the idea of you possibly dying in some stupid war and protested when you said you would be leaving tomorrow. Simeon was more mature about the subject, offering to watch over you and answer your prayers for him when you needed it.
With Solomon and the angels’ support, you told Diavolo and Barbatos the next morning. Diavolo immediately offered to make an excuse for you not to go, but your pride kept you from accepting his offer. Barbatos promised to watch your futures and steer you away from bad endings. You all decided not to tell the brothers until after you had left, knowing that they wouldn’t be as calm with the decision, and Barbatos helped you pack.
An hour before you left, you were helping Diavolo pick a new student from the human world, and you settled on a familiar face. Your old bully from high school. You knew that although she was cruel, she would complete the semester flawlessly, so despite the surprised glance from the demons, you picked her.
Solomon was called to hide your pact marks from humans and demons alike, and you felt a wave of loneliness as you felt the sense of security from the marks fade away. This way, your demons wouldn’t know where you were, or if you got hurt.
You made three new pacts with big Ds, two of wrath, and one pride. With everything finished, and the portal created, you hugged the angels goodbye, gave Solomon a kiss on the cheek for his help, and bowed to both Diavolo and Barbatos.
The prince broke the rules for the first time in a long time, and bowed back, before engulfing you in a warm hug with a few whispered words of luck.
After being given a few charms and a healing potion by Solomon, you and your three new pacted demons headed through the portal.
When the bothers found out, they were furious. Mammon and Levi took it the hardest, while Satan was terrified for what could happen to you. Lucifer spent days locked in his room, pouring over his work, and not bothering to get mad at Mammon when he messed something up. Beelzebub was a mess. Some days he would go without eating entirely, and others he would consume more than usual. Belphegor started having trouble sleeping when the reality of the situation sunk in.
When the new student arrived only a week later, they made little effort trying to be nice to her. Beel was tasked with being her first guardian, as Mammon was in no state to guard anyone, but even he struggled to get used to not having you by his side. When the new student complained about how they acted and brought up you, they had to hold back Mammon from flying into a rage at the way she spoke your name.
She was nothing like you. Her touch was nothing like yours and her words were empty of any affection whenever she spoke to them. Eventually, Barbatos had to intervene because he feared that the way they were acting would leave a bad impact on the new students’ written report at the end of the year.
Then the first letter came.
When Barbatos first saw the letter addressed to the boys, and realized who must have sent it, he couldn’t help but feel relieved. After telling Diavolo of the good news, he brought the letter to Lucifer, who read the letter to his brothers after dinner when the new student had left to go back to her room.
There were tears and shaky smiles as Lucifer read out loud, and the brothers started looking forwards to mail day. Some of them went so far as to mark off the days the letters would come on their calendars and they would visibly get more excited when the day rolled around.
Five months in, with ten letters having been sent, they were starting to get used to the new way of communication.
But then the letters stopped.
When they had Simeon check in on you, he assured them that you were alright, so they waited. And waited. And waited.
Three months went by without a single letter, and the boys were getting antsy. It didn’t help that Simeon and Solomon started disappearing for long periods of time at seemingly random hours, and the brothers could only assume something had happened.

In which you can hear whatever music your soulmate is listening to. This is the seventeenth time today that you’ve heard the theme song to some anime that doesn’t actually exist and it’s driving you mad but wait there’s a boy humming it right there with headphones on.

The music starts up again and you want to cry.
You can’t for the life of you figure out what song your soulmate has been listening to for the past week and it’s driving you insane.
Your best friend must see the anguish on your face, because he snickers and nudges your side.
“Same music?”
“YES IT’S THE SAME MUSIC!”
Solomon doesn’t even try to hide his amusement as you pull out your earbuds and scroll through your playlist to find an obnoxious song to play back at your soulmate.
Mean while, poor Levi was just vibing on a bench while Asmodeus was shopping, watching another episode of the newest devildom anime.
When suddenly new music filtered through his ears and he had to pause his episode to figure out what was happening.
He knew how his soulmark worked, but you had never played your own music so loud.
The poor boy nearly jumped out of his skin when he heard a laugh a few steps away, and saw Solomon with a human girl.
“Finally! The song isn’t playing Solomon! It stopped!”
His human friend was snickering as he watched his female friend do a little happy dance in glee, and Levi rolls his eyes before turning his attention away from you and Solomon.
He unpaused his anime, and almost immediately, immediately heard the groan through his headphones.
“IT STARTED AGAIN SOLOMON PICK A SONG QUICK!”
Leviathan nearly passed out when he realized that you might be hearing the music from his anime, so he did a little test.
Turning his attention to you, he paused his anime, then unpaused it several times, his face falling with your confused expression.
“Wait they keep stopping the music then starting it. What the fuck are they doing?”
Aaaand that’s when Solomon looked around for some unknown reason, and saw Levi staring at the two in fear as his finger hovered over the play button on his DDD.
Yeah Solomon just about choked on his own spit when he looked between the two and realized what was going on.
When Solomon finally managed to steer you over to Leviathan, who was shaking his head furiously at the wizard, you looked up from your playlist to see a terrified looking boy in front of you.
“So I think I know why we can’t find the anime intro you keep hearing. Meet Levi. He’s the one watching it.”
“So yOu’Re tHe bItCh.”
Yeah the two of you were blushing messes for the first year at least.
But hey, at least you can watch the anime that’s been bothering you for the past week.

General
Leviathan was nervous about physical affection at first.
He still is, though not as much as before.
He was afraid of putting his hands in the wrong spots, or of you being uncomfortable.
Anime didn’t teach him how to do this.
Eventually he started pulling you over to sit on his lap while he gamed.
You would fall asleep against his chest sometimes when he did that and he would panic because he didn’t want to move and wake you up.
Sooner or later, he would realize that you were a heavy sleeper, and he would be able to relax when you fell asleep against him.
Now he loves having you on his lap while he games. If you’re not facing the screen and gaming with him, you’re facing him and wrapping your arms around his neck, which still makes him blush like mad.
You make sure to do it often.
Hands
It took a while before Levi was confident enough to grab your hand first.
He occasionally grabs your hand now when you manage to get him out of the house for a walk in the evenings.
Levi likes to hold your hands over a controller when teaching you how to play a game.
You’ll pretend to mess up a few times purposely so that he holds your hands longer.
He knows.
Kisses
Levi rarely makes the first move when it comes to kissing.
He’d rather you make the first move.
But oh boy, when you do ask for a kiss, he’s all for it.
Levi will show off what he learned for some animes to kiss you in the sweetest ways.
He’ll dip you and kiss you like you’re air and he hasn’t breathed for hours.
Lift you into his arms so you have to wrap your legs around his waist.
Leviathan will cup your cheeks sweetly and lift your face to his to kiss you with lips softer then silk.
Hell, he even starts wearing Chapstick that’s your favorite flavor to get you to kiss him more often.
Hugs
Leviathan likes to hug you from behind so that he can bury his face in your hair.
He can’t help loving that you use the sweetest smelling shampoo.
His arms will pull you flush against his surprisingly toned torso and just hold you against him for a couple minutes.
Until he realizes how long he’s been holding onto you and quickly lets go to fight down the blush that he hadn’t noticed until you pointed out how cute it was.
He gets flustered easier than his brothers, and it shows in the way he typically hides his face against your hair or the top of your head when he hugs you.
Cuddles
He likes playing with your hair when you cuddle.
He’s just so intrigued by its softness.
And when you push him gently down onto the bed and climb in behind him to wrap your arms around his waist, he melts.
He wants to be cool and be the big spoon, but he can’t help the way his heart flutters when you pull him against your front and rest your head against his back.
He’ll hold your hands when they circle around his waist, and just play with your fingers as he relaxes against your chest.
He doesn’t want his brothers to know that he’s the little spoon out of the fear that they’ll make fun of him.
He doesn’t know that they all know, but that you made them all swear to never say anything.
Even Lucifer shivered when you settled your glare on him that day.
