Each alien stage character might have an instrument that symbolizes them in the instrumentals (theory below)

Each Alien Stage Character Might Have An Instrument That Symbolizes Them In The Instrumentals (theory

credits to my friend @chuuburar1n for adding some points and also helping me figure out what instruments are in some songs ^^

Basically to start, in each song with a character, an instrument is present for them, and that instrument goes in and out to fit the music. More on that later, but let me list them real quickly. I'll elaborate on each, dw!

Mizi - Piano

Sua - Violin

Till - Electric Guitar

Ivan - Drums (all songs have, but more prominent in his songs)

Luka - Violin, but instrument changes when mimicking

Hyuna - No set instrument

My Clematis

To start with my clematis, in the instrumentals, it's a piano and violin duet. Not out of the ordinary, per se, these are two commonly paired together instruments. However, what leads me to believe piano is Mizi and violin is Sua is the monologue sequence where only Mizi is speaking, there's only piano then. That's the only part in the song where there is, as it's the only part where they're not singing together. And, after Sua dies, the instrumentals come to a brief halt. When they start again, the piano remains similar, yet the violin is in a lower pitch sorta? (I don't play violin, im unaware of terminology, sorry ;-;) Because Mizi is alive and Sua is not. This one is a stretch but yeah.

EDIT: @chuuburar1n has informed me the lower pitch violin is a cello. So the violin does actually cease when Sua dies. Thank you Charly 🙏

Sweet Dream

I'm writing this out after an hours work, and realizing I completely forgot to listen to sweet dream's instrumentals and take notes.. No sweet dream, sorry! :( I'd love to see what others find if anyone else analyzes it ^^ /gen

Unknown (Till The End)

Anyway, onto Unknown. Unknown, there isn't much to really say, as it's a solo song, and most of my notes are around duet songs. However, one thing of note, is that Till is quite obviously electric guitar, and in this song, it's accompanied by piano. Mizi's instrument if my theory is correct. They're both instruments of accompaniment, so this choice to use them together interests me. In other songs in Alien Stage, the guitar is accompanied by drums, generally. This one is also a stretch, though.

Black Sorrow

Black Sorrow, there's prominent drums, which is what I believe to be Ivan's instrument based on this song and Cure. I had a hard time figuring out instruments for this one, but my friend (Thank you, Charly :]) said he heard cymbals and guitar which is typical to be paired with drums. Not much else to note.

Ruler of My Heart

Ruler of my Heart contains Piano, Violin, Drums, and possibly another instrument I can't really identify. Piano is present in all songs involving Mizi in some sort of way, as aforementioned in My Clematis. Not only that, but it takes the spotlight (although other instruments are present) when Mizi is beating up Luka. Violin also makes sense, because not only is it Luka's instrument, but it's also Sua's. And he's constantly mimicking others to try and manipulate people so, y'know, he can win. And his instrument changes with each song. More on that in other songs. I claim Violin is also his instrument as it makes his way into every song he's been in so far (Ruler of my Heart, Blink Gone, Wiege). Drums, i don't take any note of as they're present in literally every song, and at this point, neither Mizi nor Luka have any involvement with Ivan.

All-In

There's less instruments in All-In then there is in other songs. Drums, occasional guitar, and other sounds created by non instruments, like clicking and clapping. Adding to my point that I think Hyuna has no set instrument, why? Because she has no hallmark instrument in all her songs, yet also, she's a rebel, she's the only one of main cast free from the competition when introduced, hence why she lacks a signature instrument if that makes sense? It's a stretch, I know. My friend also pointed out that it could be because the rebels are out of alien stage so they don't have much musical equipment or the proper setting to make music. Hence the present of the non-conventional productions of sound to add, and the lack of instruments.

Cure

Cure's two prominent instruments are electric guitar and drums. Electric guitar is more prominent when Till sings. When Ivan begins to sing, the drums are not there at first, leaving just piano, then pick up and are more prominent. And when they both sing, they (as in Electric Guitar and Drums) both are prominent, unlike when the other's instrument is in the background of the other's part, accompanying. Also, when Ivan dies, the drums stop, leaving only electric guitar. Only the guitar, Till is left, and the drums, Ivan, aren't around anymore. I believe an instrument stopping or changing in a duet of instruments symbolizes a death generally, as it's present here, My Clematis, and somewhat in Wiege.

Blink Gone

This is where I get my Luka changing instruments motif. In Blink Gone, there is guitar, drums, piano, violin, and xylophone. Guitar picks up when Till sings, but Luka? When he sings, violin doesn't pick up, although it's played in the song by Luka, Piano does. I was stuck on this, but my friend then suggested the instrument change to represent how he mimics and changes to manipulate others. Yet it's not his true instrument. And I think that works really well. The one i believe is his true instrument, Violin, is present only at the end of the song, when it's clear he's winning. What's also worth noting is that the drums become more prominent in the parts where Till is thinking of Ivan. The end part with the Xylophone I don't have much to note on the symbolism behind it, maybe that it symbolizes childhood/innocence, I've heard people say it symbolizes Till's heartbeat? But although it does slow, you never hear it come to a halt, it just cuts out, which is why TILL IS ALI- (/j, I didn't use this in my evidence for why he's alive bc of how iffy it is. Go check out my Till is Alive theory if you want actual decent points on why I think he's alive lmao.)

Wiege

There's another point why I think Violin is Luka's instrument, and it's because this is what symbolizes him, when he isn't mimicking and he's being more true to himself when he's with Hyuna. Also, fun fact, the morse code in the beginning translates to 'ALIVE.' Because he feels alive when he's with Hyuna. Anyway, wiege has violin, piano, xylophone, and some sort of string instrument. I've talked about in the previous song how xylophone can symbolize childhood, when times were better. There's also just violin and accompanying instruments here because Hyuna doesn't have a set instrument. This is where I got iffy on my theory, because when Hyuna dies, Luka's instrument fades out, not any others. But I've realized it's a mix of how Hyuna has a lack of instrument, and Luka only feeling alive when he has HER. When Hyuna dies, he feels like he's died too; dying inside. Maybe he's still surviving, but is he really living?

I think I've covered everything and all my points and all. I don't know, I've been working on this for two hours, so my brain feels like mush. AuDHD be damned, i guess. Whether you choose to agree with me on these points is up to personal intereptation of the storyline! And if you read this far, thank you :)

I'm rewatching Hannibal and an AU came to me… unexpectedly.

(Togachako) Hero x Serial killer!AU (feat. pro hero!Deku and Dynamight) ~☆

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

tw: bad English, lots of rambling, toxic relationship, we're not romanticizing tgck so proceed with caution (and after reading the disclaimer, please), any tw you can associate with Himiko Toga is here (nothing graphic though), overanalysing stuff, amateur psychology and all, dark content in general

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

Ochako has been unsure what she wants to do after finally starting her hero career, so she basically tries anything she can reach.

Working in the sea with Tsu, galas and interviews with Yaomomo, traveling with Deku (I feel he'd want to spend the rest of his power to see the world and his lots and lots of friends overseas). This time she finds herself getting into the world of quirk-related investigations under the tutelage of Katsuki whose solved criminal case count rapidly approaches the one of Endeavor (his character arc calls to me to be continued after Endeavor's path, please don't pay attention haha).

And with all that, she still tries to save face, knowing that she could've stopped this particular deranged story with just a word.

Why? Well, maybe she knows that no person in the world can leave DNA of people long dead and flaunt bloody confessions on the walls at the same time. No person who's not Himiko Toga.

The traps are set, the cycle starts its turn…

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

The very start:

° Himiko has genuine fun taunting Ochako with killing civilians while wearing her face

° She thinks she'll give Ochako the "freedom of expressing love" in a way she assumes Ochako wants but can't afford

° Himiko doesn't hide the fact she kills for Ochako and with Ochako's name on her lips

° Himiko torments her victims being transformed into whoever strikes her fancy, but the final strike is always performed so the last thing the poor prey sees is soulful, most gorgeous brown eyes in the world

° Himiko steals blood from the organization Ochako donors for (it's her way of coping with the trauma left by the Final Battle)

° Knowing the traces of her DNA are left at the crime scene even if she certainly didn't leave them there slowly corrodes Ochako's mental defenses

° She starts dreaming and hallucinating about killing those people herself until she can't tell reality from these images

° At one point she sees herself killing people wearing Himiko's face

° Himiko certainly uses it to her advantage. Who'd know when she gets into Ochako's apartment to whisper about all the ways she torments people from the shadowed corners?

° Guilt-tripping Ochako into justifying her actions too

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

As the madness progresses:

° Ochako can't draw the line between herself and Himiko anymore

° They complete each other in no way that is socially acceptable, but it feels right

° Ochako still tries to convince herself she's a good person and now this applies to Himiko as well because Himiko is "her" now too

° It's like they're drowning and melting into each other, minds a mingled mess of issues and fears, clinging, warping, breaking...

° Ochako's hands are bloody and Himiko hugs her from behind, cooing sweet nothings into her ear as they stare down at the newest "masterpiece" together

° Clay, warm hands and shaking fingers

° Ochako feels phantom touches on her skin all the time

° Himiko is being all giddy and "affectionate" with her victims, calling them "cute little presents" which she leaves for Ochako

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

The final stages:

° Ochako has a dream of killing Izuku. She fantasizes about it a lot later. There are tons of guilt and self-loathing, but she feels it would be the right thing to do. Become a way to "thank" Himiko by showing her effort isn't one-sided. She somehow knows it'd end the vicious cycle, but she just can't

° The Devil and Stockholm Syndrome (it's kinda questionable, I know, so we're taking it with a grain of salt)

° Dissociation

° Devil's advocate

° Cases named after astronomical phenomena

° Christmas, and Ochaco finds a bunch of vials filled with blood, all wrapped in a pretty thick red ribbon with a pompous bow on top. It's the legacy they've created together

Note:

I don't see the two as a healthy romantic relationship (I don't say you can't, it's just my opinion), so this scenario is relatively close to what I'd call realistic. Ochako who sees herself as a good person in any case (even if she's just too selfish to confront herself deep inside) and Himiko who takes the role of the bad part where Ochako can't.

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

Psychobabble (I'm no professional, it's more about how I feel than anything):

I based this whole AU on the traits I found in original manga and just extrapolated/exaggerated them into whatever this is now

Ochako loses feeling of what differs saving others and saving oneself and chooses to save "herself" (aka Himiko) in the end

Ochako is outright childish. She can't let the mask of a "hero" slip only because it's her shield against the world. She's torn apart by the ideas society put in her head, she can't imagine the concepts of "protect the weak" and "everyone is valid" existing together

In the end, she just resorts to the Friend or Foe (mine/anyone else) worldview so it's easier to process. Of course, what is "hers" is always considered as right and justified

Her empathy for Himiko has gotten to the point where it starts to consume her. She projects herself, her fears and motivations on Himiko, and it only makes things worse

Although, her empathy is quite selective. She can't empathize with the families of those who are killed by Toga. She thinks she can, but it comes from the guilt brewing inside her (it's still focused on self), not actual ability to put herself in others' place

Ochako feels she can be "like Deku", that she can save and forgive "bad people" like him. She finds comfort in such thoughts and hides behind them so she doesn't need to acknowledge the drastic differences in the situations

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

About the character archetypes:

For Ochako I can't figure out just one, but if I name the type it'd be "Not Bad But Confused" probably. Issues come from the fact her personality is too adaptive, and her worldview has shifted severely and continues to do so. In this situation, her way of coping happened to be finding an anchor in the wrong person, it happens to people all the time in real life too after all

Himiko shows as a symbolic "Devil", her presence is more phantom/ephemeral. Yes, she poisons Ochako's thoughts greatly, but the most work is done by Ochako and her own insecurities

Deku is similar to her, more of a symbol than a character. He's needed more as a deity-like/almost religious presence. Kinda ironic that his original character is heavily under the Hero Myth's (not sure how it's called in English, sorry) influence which is connected to the Bible in some ways

Katsuki stands out a bit as he's clearly the "workaholic cop" (workaholic hero in our case), no more than that as per his role. He's here so Ochako can value herself as "above his way of thinking". Side by side she clearly comes out as more "understanding" and sympathetic (NOT EMPATHETIC, don't confuse the terms!). Well, he's the person to bring her back to earth. A stoic one without a prominent character arc (it's often considered bad, but a flat arc can also be fine when handled properly)

I'm Rewatching Hannibal And An AU Came To Me… Unexpectedly.

Dividers are created by me.

If you're willing to take this AU under your wing or do something inspired by it, please credit me (you can tag me too)

my lovelies @dailytogachako @bigclownshoes @luxkycharmz you asked me to tag you, I hope I didn't forget anyone...

What doesn't kill us makes us stronger guys

So working with what Hori gives us

No tgck? Okay, I'll play with the reincarnation idea instead

1. Ochako starts her quirk counseling program. She's so nervous but determined at the same time. She actually tries to do some work herself despite not having the qualification, and difficult children do open up to her somewhat. A young, bright heroine, and she's so understanding too! She doesn't see them as monsters, and her smile is so pretty...

A few cases go well, not without issues, but it's still good for a start.

She can't participate in every single case, but having a free day has her wandering the streets to clear her thoughts a bit.

And there she stands.

This girl, she doesn't look older than 5 years, a pair of uncanny yellow eyes peering up with a smile of blood-stained teeth. Her fingers are so small, stained with mud and blood too.

"Ne, ne, oneechan, do I look cute?~"

2. Or we can just accept izuocha and give our girl the best fucking parents ever. It's not about ships, it's about Himiko having two people she loves giving her pure, unconditional love she hasn't got in her previous life.

I wish I could have izuocha as my parents too okay???

3. Ochako often takes unfamiliar routes when returning home from work. It's actually fun, and also gives her an opportunity to survey the city for future patrols.

She notices a black cat starts following her one day.

Each day it seems to magically know where she'll be.

It looks so tired and weak, Ochako's heart clenches. She stops and tries to pet it once. It's fur is a bit coarse from the filth and dust of the streets, but it accepts her pets ao eagerly. But then it bites her, and runs away, clearly freaked out. Ochako isn't mad, but...

... can cats actually feel guilty?

The cat comes to seat near her house sometimes, leaves some birds it hunts as trophies. Ochako nearly gags the first time, but praises her furry friend anyway. It's just instincts, how can she blame it?

The kitty only lets Ochako feed her if her human lets her gnaw on her fingers and lap up the welling blood afterwards.

Hotel Reverie starts as a satirical commentary on soulless remakes, and one of the "jokes" is that they recast the main white guy as a Black woman, in a period piece where a Black woman feels anachronistic. This could have become a conservative comment about "forced diversity" and the woke agenda. Or it could have been a progressive comment about Hollywood casting non-white actors in color blind roles while ignoring the racist undertones of the media they're adapting.

But the brilliance of the episode is that it ends up being neither. As soon as Clara/Dorothy becomes sentient, the central theme shifts around human connection and what links us to the poeple who preceeded us. It is heavily implied that the real Dorothy was a lesbian and deeply unhappy in a time period that did not allow her self expression. Her AI version finds this freedom in her relationship with Brandy.

In the end, the message of the episode feels more that poeple have always been poeple. Society changes, becomes more accepting of certain communities, but that doesn't mean those minorities did not exist in the past. And the movie being a success despite the anachronisms is a proof that it works both ways, and modern day people can still relate to old timey stories and project ourselves in them with our own modern mindset.

First time watching Black Mirror ever and I want to cry in a corner

Film producers shouldn’t cut corners and use AI to create films cheaply because the lead actress might get trapped in a computer simulation with the ghost of a closeted actress from the 1940s and end up having a tragic lesbian romance and then where would you be

me and toga - velvet ring C:

I NEED IT AJSKSK. anyways raegan in the house !!

OMG HI POOKIE I LOVE YOUUUUUUU

anyways on with the story.

toga x ua student oc

btw chat this will be very angsty so buckle up

Raegan always knew that she wanted to be a hero. Since the moment she was born, she knew that it was her goal to make the world a better place.

She worked unbelievably hard, was insanely patient and kind to everyone she met. Eventually she got into UA and her goal of making the world into a better place was finally getting a kickstart.

When the LOV attacked UA, Raegan noticed that she was distracted. She saw the girl with blonde hair that they called a villain, but what she saw was anything but villainous.

A few weeks later, Raegan was wandering around the city, when she saw the league again.

Her instincts were screaming at her to run, but her feet were glued to their spot on the pavement. Her heart raced as the group got closer and closer to her.

“Hiiiiii!” Before Raegan could truly process what was going on, the blonde girl’s face was just inches away from her own.

“Hi.” Raegan mumbled, not fully aware of what was happening.

“You’re really cute! What’s your name?” The other girl said. She was in a school uniform and looked to be around her age. Why was this bubbly teenage girl hanging around a group of the most dangerous individuals in Japan.

“thank you,” Raegan blushed at the unexpected compliment. “I’m Raegan. You?”

“Himiko Toga!”

From that day on they’d meet at the same spot and just talk. It was an escape for both of them. Raegan got to complain about UA without feeling like she was being ungrateful for the opportunities she had there.

This relationship would continue for a few months. Talking for maybe a bit longer than they should, glancing for just a second too long to be friendly. Hands lingering after hugs a little more than platonically.

Of course, nobody wanted to address the elephant in the room. Toga was a villain, and Raegan was training to become a pro hero.

One night when Raegan was getting up to go, Toga grabbed her hand and stopped her.

“I love you.” Toga said, barely above a whisper, her gaze fixated on Raegan’s lips.

Raegan’s eyes widened, and she took a step back. Sure, she loved Toga, but she wasn’t ready to be anything more than what they already are. They couldn’t be anything more.

“I-I’m sorry.” Raegan shuffled backwards, avoiding eye contact. Toga let go of her hand.

“Join us.” Toga bursted out. “The league I mean.”

Raegan began, “no Toga, you know I ca-”

“Why not? You always complain about school.” She said, more angry.

“because. It’s wrong, I’m not a..” Raegan trailed off.

“A villain? A monster? Is that how you see me?” Toga nearly shouted, tears welling up in her eyes.

“No, it’s not like that-” Raegan started.

“No, don’t worry I get it.” Toga interrupted, leaving Raegan speechless as she stormed off.

They both knew it’d never work, and they both left that day feeling like fools.

They wouldn’t reunite again until Toga’s funeral.

Raegan had boyfriends, husbands even, but none could compare to the blonde that she once had.

Vampire thrall yuri my beloved <3 (•̀ᵥᵥ•́)

Every Morning After

(cw pain, blood)

She left you with almost nothing last night; you clung to her as long as she let you, but as a shadow leaves after the setting sun, she evacuated your quarters mere moments after piercing your neck and drinking until she was full and sick of your blood. You called out to her by name, over and over and over, words falling onto the deaf nothing of the world outside. You cursed the quiet, empty space beside you in bed, the one you kept in case she ever wanted to stay through the night with you. Not that she ever would. Instead, she disappeared for days, sometimes weeks at a time, and you'd never get a notice she'd be coming around.

The only thing able to rouse you from your painful respite is the aching memory in your neck. She was never far from your thoughts, but when you move and feel that searing passion, everything floods back. You forget yourself. For just a moment, you forget your pain; the association itself breeds momentarily endless pleasure as if you were still feeding her. You want to sustain her. You want to support her.

And that surge is enough to get you out of bed. Standing leaves your mind swirling and your legs shaking, and you reach for the cane beside your door. Your hand shakes as you grasp at it, and you just barely nudge it to clatter onto the floor. You do bend a handful of your vertebrae to pick it up, but the instant vertigo tells you that if you finish that lean, you won't be getting back up again. So you let it lie there, useless as your own legs. You swear she drank more than normal. You also know your own memory of every feeding is beyond hazy, and that she gets to do whatever she wants. She also gets to tell you to do anything; if you don't care for yourself, she won't come back. When that beautiful pain doesn't drag you out of bed, that ultimatum certainly will. You need to see her again as bad as she needs blood. You tell yourself it's equal, that she needs you as much as you need her - it makes you feel better, even if it's completely untrue.

You stagger to the kitchen, the countertops there your only support. The kettle feels so heavy you nearly drop it, but you manage to get it under the sink with a clatter - you know its base isn't able to shatter the ceramic plates you always leave over night. You've done it enough times. You grab the lever of the faucet, your blood pounding and rushing from your neck to your arm, and you can't close your hand around it. You see stars as you force it, your fingers closing with agonizing tension like forcing shut the jaws of a cardboard wrench.

Lifting it while it's even a bit full of water is nearly impossible. You rest it in an open palm and brace it against your chest, both of your hands rocking so much you spill some from the spout onto your bloodstained shirt. You do make it to the heating element, though, and force the switch on. You heave your breath, wishing you could lie down beside her, her firm touch the only thing keeping you alive.

She left a new box of tea right beside the heater, unopened. On the front was a sticky note, one taken from your own desk, with a little heart drawn on it.

"Enjoy every morning for me, Sunny.

-M"

You feel part of yourself trying to hate your new name, but it is impossibly weak. You have no idea what's in the tea - the note covers the ingredients. It's not like it matters; you would drink it if it were nothing but a bunch of hemlock if it meant another night with her. The box is difficult to open - she requires you keep your nails long, so you don't want to risk breaking them trying to pry the box apart. You have to use a knife, balanced so shoddily between your fingers it would've slipped without the friction of your fingerprints. You take one of the teabags - they were clearly made by M herself - and put it in your lightest mug.

When you pour the hot water in, you spill plenty onto the counters and some on the floor. You pretend you didn't singe your foot fucking it up. The water goes a deep brownish red as the mug fills, and the whole room smells fruity and dark like a chocolate strawberry. When you sip it… It tastes like her. It makes you feel like you can slump back, so you do, right onto the couch without a second thought. The sudden motion makes you spill more onto your bare leg, but another sip drains your focus into the liquid and before long, it's like you are made new. You swear that you can feel her near you, her arms wrapping around your midsection to bring your lower into your seat, her lips trailing sweet kisses from your cheeks to your neck, her hands down to your hips and up across your ribs…

But when you turn, you are as alone as you were minutes after she bit you. As alone as you were when you woke up this morning. It wasn't her bringing you into your comfort; it was your pain, the only companion you truly had, the only thing she would ever leave you with.

A glass painting depicting the characters Homura Akemi and Madoka Kaname. Homura is on the right, wears her magical girl outfit (white longsleeved shirt and dark grey skirt) and reaches up towards Madoka who is floating in from the left with her goddess outfit (white bow in her hair and a wide, white dress which layers cascades into a light pink). Their faces aren't depicted but very close to each other. The background shows geometrical shapes in a variety of colors. The colors represent the main five magical girls of the anime series.
Behind the glass painting is a window were sun light is coming through, illuminating the glass painting. Below is a marble windowsill.

Fractured Devotion

I've recently binged through all of Madoka + Rebellion, twice. How much thought has gone into every detail of this show is unbelievable

Walurgisnacht Rising can't come soon enough

Here is how it looks in frame:

The same glass painting is now surrounded by a black frame. With the opaque backdrop the colors are more saturated.

TOGACHAKO + ADAM AND EVE PARREL OMG!! (I am not delusional)

Uraraka being Adam the first (wo)men created ever, Horikoshi has stated during Jump Festa 2022 that "Toga was a character created specifically for Ochako, and I've developed Ochako to match Toga". like how God took a rib from Adam to create Eve to match him, Toga eats the apple (or the fruit whatever it was) like eve, and they both gained a new perspective, Eve realized everything while Toga realized most heroes don't see villains as humans (AM I COOKED - OR AM I COOKING???)

Toga tries to make Uraraka see the same and sooner than later, Uraraka eats the apple (she's realizes toga's perspective), if you're into DOOMED yuri. Switch the roles, Deku is the first man and uraraka is his girl, The snake (TOGA) convinces Uraraka to eat the apple (she her perspective) and Uraraka convinces Deku to do the same BOOM

An R rated movie about a typical alternative loser/dorky girl in love with the most popular guy in school, (we get a bunch of scenes that show that both of them are complex characters while also still fitting into their assigned roles throughout the movie) around a quarter through the movie we are introduced to the stereotypical blonde bully girl (basically the Regina George of the story) and we get a few typical scenes of her being the typical "cruel," popular girl, bully stereotype (bullying the MC as well as other "losers" at the school) we also get plenty of wholesome, cute development between the MC and love interest before the movie suddenly switches to the mean, bully girl's perspective, revealing that she's actually obsessively inlove with the MC and has been stalking her intensely, and is complete and totally obsessed, with a scene of her creepily staring into the MC's window as she sleeps, the movie eventually escalates to the mean girl attempting to murder the love interest after he gets in a argument with the MC, leaving her crying on a park bench, in which she almost succeeds before getting hit over the head with a metal trash can lid by the MC, who then disarms her and points/aims the weapon at the mean girl, who becomes extremely jealous over the love interest (who is currently injured and hiding behind the MC) and starts fighting with the MC, leading to a scene where the MC is sitting on top of the mean girls waist, with the weapon aimed/pointed and her face and or her heart, the mean girl brakes down and completely professes her love to the MC leading to her sitting in shock and horror as she connects all the pieces before the mean girl flips her over and takes back the weapon, leaving them in the same position but switched, it's then revealed that the MC used to have a crush on the mean girl before she had one on the love interest, she also starts crying as she confesses to the mean girl, the mean girl goes in for a kiss, letting down her guard which leads to the MC disarming her once again and shooting/stabbing her in the stomach, the dying mean girl asks "why?" To which the MC explains that she could never forgive the mean girl and that maybe she could have loved her in another life, in a different time, the mean girls responds by coughing up blood and smiling as the light leaves her eyes before saying "I would have loved to just do laundry and bake with you in another life." A single tear falling from her eye, the MC nods, starting to cry, helping the love interest up and taking him to a hospital, the move ends with the MC putting a bouquet of roses on the mean girls grave, the credits roll with the song "kiss me" by Sixpence None The Richer, the very last seconds of the movie are just a scene of the mean girl and the MC sitting next to eachother on a dock in the summer, watching the sunset by a lake, with the words "in another life.." written in a romantic pink color with hearts as both the movie and song end.
